Meet the therapist
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned my Master's degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from Russell Sage College in 2021. For the past five years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals navigating a variety of mental health concerns and life challenges.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly. While I take a gentle approach, I also value honest and direct communication, helping clients gain insight, develop practical skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.
I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and the everyday stressors that can impact emotional well-being and daily functioning. Together, we will work to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change that supports a more fulfilling life.
I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
